Since 1997, the International School of Gothenburg Region has been serving the international and local community by providing accredited, dynamic academic programmes to students from five to eighteen years of age.

Our programme of study is designed for today’s 21^st century learner, firmly grounded on the International Baccalaureate’s three programmes—the Primary Years, the Middle Years and the Diploma Years programmes. ISGR is one of the few schools in the world to have been approved to offer all three of the IB’s programmes.

Led by teachers from a variety of nations, and with enviably small student-teacher ratios, our classrooms provide a safe environment for students to become fully engaged in learning and inquiry, growing both intellectually and emotionally. Through academic rigor based on world-class standards for learning and delivered in an atmosphere of individualized support and care, ISGR enables all students to achieve their academic and personal potential.
